No, women are not weak and they can do anything they set their minds to. But, there is no denying that they are the fairer sex, which means that they are simply not built to be as strong as men, unless of course they're body-builders.
That said, power tools created with women in mind tend to be made of lighter materials. They are still just as durable and efficient, just lighter and easier to handle. If you aren't interested in "just for women" equipment, just try out several pieces. While you're in the store, lift them and, if possible, give the tool a test drive.

Women tend to have smaller hands than men so having grip handles to accommodate this difference. So, if you have a lighter power drill with a smaller grip, all the projects around the house are easier and don't have to wait for a man to do them. The grips also should be softer and more giving. Give them a test drive and take a seminar on proper use. You don't have to be at the mercy of the Y chromosome-take control of the projects around the house. If you want it done and you want it done now, you're going to have to do it yourself!
You don't have to buy special equipment and they aren't all pink, but you can find the right power tools to fit your needs. You get a great sense of accomplishment when you complete your projects on your own.
